House Rules and General Terms & Conditions

Welcome to BLDR Maritime. For the safety, comfort, and smooth operation of our bouldering gym, we kindly ask every member to strictly follow these house rules. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

1. Access & Membership

Your membership is personal and non-transferable. If your membership is used by someone else, an administrative fee of €60 will be charged.
Access to the gym is only permitted with a valid access pass or QR code.
During unstaffed hours, you may only grant access to yourself. Letting others in is strictly prohibited.
The minimum age is 6 years. Children aged 6 to 15 inclusive may only climb under adult supervision. From the age of 16, climbing without supervision is permitted.

2. Safety & Conduct

Climbing is at your own risk. Accident insurance is not included in your membership.

Always follow the safety rules inside the gym (keep fall zones clear, etc.).
Instructions from staff must be followed at all times.
Members are expected to treat each other with respect. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disturbance will not be tolerated.

3. Clothing & Equipment

Climbing shoes are mandatory on the walls. Street shoes or bare feet are not allowed.
Sport-appropriate clothing is required.
Clean your climbing shoes before use. Brush holds after use when necessary.
Any equipment (crash pads, brushes, etc.) must be returned to its proper place after use.
Only liquid chalk is permitted.

4. Hygiene & Facilities

Please use showers and changing rooms with care and respect.
Lockers are for use during your visit only. Lockers left occupied without authorization may be opened.
Eating or drinking on the mats or in climbing zones is not allowed.
Dispose of your trash in the designated bins.

5. Opening Hours & Closures

Please respect our opening hours. The facility must be vacated promptly at closing time.
For events or temporary closures, you will be informed in advance via email, app, or social media.

6. Liability & Legal Notice

Each member acknowledges having read and accepted these rules.
In case of disputes, only the Justice of the Peace or the court in the district of our registered office has jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by law.
